Acceptance
By using AZIEL 1Tap Shop, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy, Payment, Refund, and Support policies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Account Eligibility and Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account, email, password, sessions, and two-factor settings secure.
- You must not share passwords, OTPs, recovery codes, payment PINs, or banking credentials with anyone.
- AZIEL may restrict access when fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security risk is suspected.
Accurate Identifiers
You must provide accurate game User IDs, Server IDs, usernames, regions, and other delivery details. Wrong identifiers can cause delivery to the wrong account and may be non-refundable after successful delivery.
Regional and Product Availability
Products, packages, prices, currencies, payment options, wallet eligibility, and fulfillment availability may change by region, account, supplier, provider status, or platform configuration.
Prices and Payment Confirmation
- Checkout shows the current price and available payment options for the selected product context.
- A submitted payment, uploaded receipt, or opened payment request is not the same as confirmed payment.
- Orders begin processing only after payment is confirmed by the relevant automatic or manual verification flow.
- Incorrect amount, duplicate payment, expired payment request, or provider outage may require review.
Manual Verification and Order Acceptance
Some orders or payments may require Manual Review. AZIEL may decline, cancel, fail, or hold an order when payment cannot be verified, details are inaccurate, risk controls apply, or product fulfillment is unavailable.
Fulfillment Timing and Digital Goods
Digital orders are processed after confirmation, but timing is not fixed. Fulfillment can depend on provider systems, product availability, maintenance, review, supplier conditions, or third-party account state.
Failed, Cancelled, Refund, and Wallet States
Failed or Cancelled orders may be eligible for refund review. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Approved and completed refunds are credited to AZIEL Wallet under the current refund flow.
Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, duplicate evidence abuse, or false claims.
- Attempts to exploit pricing, wallet balance, promo codes, orders, support, or payment verification.
- Automated abuse, account sharing for fraud, harassment, spam, or disruption of AZIEL services.
- Submitting misleading identifiers, forged receipts, or evidence that does not match the order.
Suspension, Maintenance, and Third-Party Dependencies
AZIEL may limit, suspend, or delay access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, provider outages, fulfillment dependency issues, or operational risk. AZIEL does not control every third-party payment, email, hosting, product, or fulfillment system.
Intellectual Property and Unsupported Guarantees
AZIEL names, interface, content, and platform materials belong to their respective owners. Product names and game names may belong to third parties. AZIEL does not claim publisher affiliation, ongoing availability, fixed delivery time, or absolute security.
