AZIEL uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards for account, payment, wallet, and order records. No online system can guarantee absolute security. AZIEL will never ask for your password, OTP, recovery code, banking password, or payment PIN.

Minors and Legal Capacity

Customers should use AZIEL only when they have permission and capacity to make digital purchases in their region. If a parent, guardian, or account owner believes an unauthorized purchase occurred, they should contact the Support Center with the relevant order details.
